Rooms & Suites
Seehotel Ueberfahrt has 134 luxurious rooms and 54 individually designed suites with views of Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Here, light and spacious rooms, craftet from most exquisite materials and select accessories blend into an ambience of luxurious and modern elegance.
The vast rooms (from 35sqm) are categorised into queen- or kingsize rooms, Junior Suites, Executive Suites, Duplex Suites, "Tegernsee" Suites and Royal Suites.
All rooms have 3 telephones, radio, satelite TV, electric blinds, minibar, safe and temperature controls. In addition we provide free pay-TV and internet access free of charge.
The marble bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer, shaving mirror and underfloor heating. Nearly all feature a bidet, seperate shower with two heads and an oversized bathtub with a "starred" ceiling.
Furthermore we have rooms for disabled guests on the ground floor. These are equipped with extra wide doors and adjustable electric beds. The sink and the toilet in the bathroom are also adjustable in height.
Queensize Rooms
Our Queensize rooms have aproximately 35 sqm and
are furnished with elegance and style.
Each one features a French bed along with a balcony
or terrace overlooking Lake Tegernsee or the surrounding alps.
Kingsize Rooms
Our spacious and elegantly designed Kingsize Rooms (38 sqm)
come with an armchair and a marvellous, entirely marble-
panelled bathroom. The balcony or terrace is overlooking
Lake Tegernsee or the surrounding alps.
Junior Suites
Our elegant Junior Suites with their combined living and
bedroom area, in which a sofa bed for one more guest can
additionally be set up, are about 50 sqm.
These suites feature a balcony or a terrace with a side
view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Some
feature a pop up TV.
Executive Suite
Each Executive Suite measures approx. 70 sqm and consists
of a large living room, including a sitting area with sofa and
a dining table along with a separate bedroom with an adjacent
marble-panelled bathroom. These suites also have a separate
guest bath room. From the balcony, you can enjoya side view of Lake
Tegernsee, the garden and the surrounding alps. Due to different
layouts we do not offer a floorplan.
Duplex Suite
This 80 m² suite extends over two floors. On the lower
floor is the living room with sofa area, dining table and
a shower bath. Here also is a balcony with direct views
of Lake Tegernsee. On the upper floor you will find a
tastefully furnished sleeping area, as well as a deluxe
marble bathroom with natural daylight. In addition, the
Duplex Suite has a roof terrace some with winter garden.
Tegernsee Suite
This suite measures 90 sqm and features three balconies
overlooking the beautiful Malerwinkel bay. The Tegernsee
Suite has a separate bedroom and a vast living room with
sofa area with surround stereo system and a dining table.
Royal Suite
The two vast Royal Suites (approx. 215 m²) called “Kaisersuite”
and “Crèmesuite” impress voyagers by their sheer luxury and a
great attention to detail. They both have a large living and dining
room on different levels, a bar, a separate kitchenette, an elegantly
decorated bedroom with an adjacent bathroom featuring a copper
bath tub or a round whirlpool, and a steam bath. From the balcony,
our guests can enjoy an unrestricted view of Lake Tegernsee.
The Kaisersuite has its own VIP lift leading into the basement
garage. The Crèmesuite features a walk-in closet. As a complement
to our Royal Suites, the immediately adjoining Junior Suites can be
comfortably booked as well.
