Restaurant Egerner Bucht serves only the best products of the area, which represent the culinary abundance of the Alps – Bavaria, Austria, and Northern Italy meet on our menu. Our new dishes take their inspiration from the “classics”, reinterpreting them with a lot of imagination and innovative ideas, and are cooked with supreme expertise. Fish from LakeTegernsee, vegetables from farms in the surrounding country, the best meat produced in the immediate regional vicinity. This is the basis on which we gladly serve thouroughly selected and constantly tested food of the best quality only.

The wine list has also been re-compiled. In consistence with our culinary creations, we focus on grapes from Germany, Austria, and Italy. However, our waiters will certainly also serve you an abundant choice of best wines from all over Europe.

Find "Gemutlichkeit" in our Bavarian restaurant “Bayernstube”.  The typical interior gives you a perfect idea of the almost proverbial Bavarian comfort, showing a loving eye for detail. Wood-panelled walls and floors complemented by an original tiled stove give the restaurant a cosy charm. In the adjacent wine tavern with its ancient vaults, up to 12 guests can enjoy excellent meals together. In both rooms, you can choose from a great variety of regional Bavarian delicacies.

The spacious Bar is integrated into the hotel lobby. Indulge in tea specialties and cakes and pastries during the afternoon. Choose from selected spirits and fine cocktails and listen to live piano music in the evenings. All of this, whilst enjoying a splendid view over the lake.

Christian JürgensThe extraordinary elegant and newly redesigned "Gourmet restaurant Überfahrt" provides clear structures and creates a modern, yet comfortable warm atmosphere. As a matter of course only materials of the highest standard were used for the interior design as well as to accentuate the culinary creations.
 
Christians Jürgens creates multifarious and well seasoned culinary delights.
